3 Proposed Changes:

 

(1)

 

Article 7.1.1 now states that the AGM is to be held in November or the first full week of December

 

Proposed change to say that the AGM is to be held “In the month of January”

 

The 30 day advance notice clause should still stay in place, as is.

 

 

(2)

 

Article 9.1.2 which currently reads as:

9.1.2-Passage of a Constitutional amendment shall require an affirmative vote of (75%) of the Voting Members present at the AGM.

 

Should be changed to read:

9.1.2-Passage of a Constitutional amendment shall require an affirmative vote of (75%) of the Voting Members present at the AGM or at a Special meeting of the General Membership as noted in 7.1.4.

And 9.1.4 that currently reads:

9.1.4-Constitutional Amendments shall only be made by the Voting Members at the AGM.

 

Should be changed to read:

9.1.4-Constitutional Amendments shall only be made by the Voting Members at the AGM or Special General Meeting.
