Return To Play Protocols and Guidelines

Return To Play
Protocols and Guidelines

Warrington Soccer Club is following EPYSA’s Return To Play Protocols, in addition to establishing additional club specific guidelines. There are 4 Stages of Return To Play, we encourage you to read about them here.

The additional club specific protocols and guidelines are detailed in our:

Return To Play Protocol Acknowledgement and Waiver

All families must read, sign, and submit a copy of the waiver to their head coach for each Warrington Soccer travel player.

You will read and submit the waiver online and then you will need to print a copy to submit to your coach at their first training session.

The three most important protocols for Return to Play are:

  1. Players, coaches, and administrators on their own, or with the assistance of a parent or guardian, shall conduct a self health assessment before each practice session. If any player, coach, or administrator is not feeling well, the individual must stay home. Parents should be assessing players prior to practice as outlined in the waiver.
  2. In the event of a positive test, diagnosis, or presumptive-diagnosis for the novel coronavirus and/or COVID-19 of your son, daughter, or another individual within your household, you agree to immediately contact your head coach, at which time the club will activate its COVID-19 communication response protocol.
  3. Players are to practice social distancing (at least 6 feet apart) when not directly involved in soccer activities and shall wear a mask to and from the playing field.

We have established these protocols with safety and care for our community in mind. We all bear the burden of following them to keep each other safe, healthy, and happy.

We look forward to seeing you out on the fields.
