Warrington Soccer Club Donates Soccer Balls to the Pencil Project in CBSD

The Warirngton Soccer Club has joined Central Bucks School teacher Claudia Young at Jamison Elementary to help make a difference in Nigerian childrens lives.  Ms. Young developed  The Make a Difference/Pencil Project at Jamison Elementary.

Her program helps students  become involved in community projects.  The Pencil Project’s primary objective is to have these great young children donate time and school supplies to children in Nigeria that are in desperate need.  The response was overwhelming.  Not one person didn’t want to contribute.

Ms. Young approached the Warrington Soccer Club and asked if we could donate some soccer balls (75) to her cause in Nigeria.  With her efforts and all the energy these young children have brought to the table we naturally became involved.  What a great purpose, what a great way to give back to the community.  The Warrington Soccer club thanks Ms. Young and the students at Jamison Elementary for including us in such a great project.  Ms. Young is traveling to Nigeria this summer to personally make sure these wonderful needy children get their supplies.  On behalf of the Warirngton Soccer Club we wish a safe trip and return.
